Am guessing some of you will have seen this, and some of you not but it is probably worth another look anyway. Ever had a fellow road user "not see you"? Well, it looks like they may have a point...
Spread this as it includes advice on how to avoid missing stuff right in front of you... And maybe why they can miss us on the bike...

  1. Interesting article. I think I've got the recommendations for cyclists covered, flashing lights, bright high contrast kit. Being an ex motorcyclist I always do a double check when driving which has help me spot something I've missed a couple of time.

I think the other thing to note is that some people have awful peripheral vision so take that in to account.

My mantra is that everyone one on the road, came out today with one purpose, to kill you!

  2. Not sure I go as far add trying top kill me, do assume they are all inconsiderate and ill informed though. Makes for a pleasing surprise when they aren't :-)
Now I just have to work out whether this posted to any cycling communities I have joined our not, or if anyone has shared it or not. I seem to remember that reshares in particular started a funky map thing. Google+ and its many little toys :-)
