Yeah, I was just thinking that I'd never seen delicate used in the same sentence as wasabi before...
The "infused" bit is a bit misleading."Dusted" in wasabi powder, which is many things including ground wasabi, would be more accurate. So any mild inhalation draws a cloud of mustardy dust into your airways. Quite tasty, but not easy to eat...
