Just checked in Firefox and Safari and it's displayed correctly these also, it does look like its an Android OS or App problem. Works fine on an Ipad too.

8/10! The strikethrough displays correctly in Chrome, but it does not show up at all in the Android Google Plus App, it just displays "quite" instead.
