Ah, I thought many of the tyre companies produced their cycle tyres in Europe and were subject to the same regulations. Sure I saw Continental tyres being made in Germany on a TV programme anyway :-) Don't know about Schwalbe though...

Good source, I ride with Schwalbes but I would prefer Nokians as I've heard that they are the ONLY environmentally sound tyres.
ReplyDeleteBut as the Nokian website says, they are like Rocking Horse doo doo in the UK.
I didn't think a tyre could be environmentally sound, just less damaging than others. How do they manage that?
