Lost my last finely crafted post to an errant blogger app so, in brief...
Poorly old car revived with... spark plugs! And oil! Not overly tech, and could still use an air filter.
Swimming, first time in ages for older girl, first time ever for 18 week old. Was all good :-)
Will take more care with posts if I start to think anyone is actually reading this ;-)
p.s. still pretty achey after yesterdays off...
