Well, today consisted of a bit of time in school getting my classroom ready, bit of time at home and shopping enjoying domestic bliss, and then a quick ride to make sure my new pads fit ok.
Ouch, only a short ride, in the twilight, in the woods. Over the bars and now as I make a quick missive to keep the diary ball rolling my chest/ribs are aching. Sure I haven't broken anything, not that painful, but ooo, you know that muscle that joins your chest to your shoulder, at the front? Bit tender around there I can assure you!
Still, pain is tempory and it was good to get out, and get brambled to buggery!
Oh, and my little girl is older than I thought, 18 weeks! Time flies when you are having fun doesn't it :-)
